Bell Green Retail Park, Sydenham is a 10.5 acre retail terrace on a former National Grid contaminated site, now containing Pets at Home, Next, Currys PC World, B&Q and a McDonalds island unit.

The second phase of the development was a Trade City which was completed in 2014.
