The 10-acre site situated on Eastern Avenue, next to Lichfield City Football Club,  was previously a manufacturing facility for Norgreen.  The work included site remediation and the construction of 6 new retail units.  The retail park features a drive through Costa and a 26,000squ ft Lidl food store and a further four shell retail units and 292 space car park.
