The new 15,000squ ft speculative office block at Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull was completed in 2018.  Featuring rainscreen entrance, floor to ceiling glazing and vertical and horizontal brise soleil, the whole of the office block was subsequently let to Jerroms Accountants and Business Advisers.
