 The main project at Sears Retail Park, Solihull involved the demolition of an existing Homebase store prior to redevelopment of the site to create a new 35,000sq ft Marks & Spencer retail unit. The new 2 storey store offers local shoppers a wider range of clothing and home products, an M&S Foodhall, café and additional car parking.

 Further work at the retail park involved alterations to retail units to form new premises for Mountain Warehouse, and conversion of another retail unit into a Puregym.  It is hoped that in the near future the façade to the rest of the retail terrace will be modified.
