The 9 storey hotel is part of future mixed-use development which will consist of office accommodation, retail and student accommodation all of which is in a prime location in the centre of Birmingham.

The hotel building consists of Reception, Bar/Restaurant and transfer areas at Ground Floor level with the upper storeys containing 210 hotel bedrooms. The upper storeys are constructed from a braced light steel frame, concrete floor deck and isolated steel beams where required. Loads from the light steel frame were supported on a steel frame transfer structure at 1st floor level.
